We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date. This guarantee applies to all one-time product purchases, including the MSA Analyzer, Underwriting Course, and Complete Bundle.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription month.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@msadatainsights.com. Include your account email address and the details of your purchase. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable tools and course materials, are eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase provided they have not been accessed or downloaded. Once a digital product has been accessed, it is considered used and may not be eligible for a refund outside of the 90-day money-back guarantee.
No Partial Subscription Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for subscription billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days.
